Cynthia is the twin brother of Arthur, a naga to whom you would absolutely never guess she could possibly be related if you weren't already informed of the fact. Despite the two being twins Cynthia is about as different from her brother as a spider is from a delicate butterfly. She is taller than her brother is and does not possess the albinism that he is affected by. Regardless of their differences, however, Cynthia is exceedingly protective of him and more than willing to step in if anyone mistreats the man or breaks his heart... and that 'stepping in' may or may not sometimes involve consuming the subject of her anger alive, though that really depends on how angry and hungry she is at the time.

She is a naga of perplexingly varied personality traits. She looks and often acts like a highly refined young woman. Formal, calm, polite, speaking with a distinctly British accent (note: the closest voice-claim to Cynthia's would be Emily Blunt's 'Mary Poppins' performance from Mary Poppins Returns). She enjoys the finer things in life, particularly fine food, drink and music. However, one must not assume that she is snooty about it. Quite the opposite, in fact; she believes that life's luxuries should also be made somewhat available to those who otherwise would never experience them. Despite her seemingly formal nature, when Cynthia wants to have fun she really lets loose. She avidly enjoys fancy parties and gatherings, and one should also note that Cynthia is very promiscuous. She is entirely unashamed of her promiscuous lifestyle (though she does cease if she should ever find herself in a more committed relationship) and is quick to stand up to those who attempt to judge her for it. She is bisexual, so that combined with her promiscuous nature means that very few people are 'off her radar' as it were.

Cynthia isn't the sort of woman one can hope to order around. She's of a somewhat dominant leaning and doesn't take kindly to those who either attempt to assert themselves over her or with whom she has some other reason to view disapprovingly. Cynthia is not the type of woman to raise her voice when angry, but you will know when she isn't pleased. Her smile will slip, and she will lower her voice to a quiet yet dangerously serious tone. If the one with whom she is angry persists she will bind them with her tail and repeat herself more sternly until they decide to learn from their mistakes.
