Arthur is the twin brother of Cynthia. If one were to see them together, you would never expect them to be related. Once you do learn that they are related, one might make the joke that it's obvious which one of them took up more space and nutrients while in the egg. Cynthia is taller and physically stronger than her brother. Not only that, but Arthur was born with very evident albinism that his sister doesn't even come close to exhibiting herself. Arthur is, of course, not always in his sister's company but one should remember just how close the siblings are. If you mess with Arthur, then Cynthia will be right on your tail to exact a fitting punishment, however painful to you that punishment might be.

Arthur isn’t the most assertive or confident naga ever but he’s not too easily upset by things; it still takes quite a lot to make him genuinely feel bad. He tends to maintain a sweetly optimistic state of mind in most situations. He delights in spending time with his family and loves nothing more than to make them happy with the desserts he has learned to bake thanks to the expertise of his mother, Grace. When he’s taking a break he’ll usually spend his time reading or head out to visit his grandfather. He currently works in his mother's cafe, though one day he aspires to open one of his own. Mind you, baking is not Arthur's only passion in life. He likes to collect antique books and, even more so, he's a skilled hand at making fancier clothes. Aside from his mother herself the vast majority of her side of the family are tailors, and Arthur learned everything he knows about making clothes from them. He typically only does so for himself, with his expertise mainly being in classy coats and jackets, but he may also do so for friends if he is asked.

He is an innocent lad. He doesn't socialise with new people enough to really know what it's like to be subject to flirtation or the like. As a result, he tends to get very bashful when complimented and stutters a little when in said state. A homosexual individual, he only has interest in men and yet is often too timid or lacking in confidence to make an approach.
