Backstory:  Quilo is a street urchin currently living in the lower class section of the moon kingdom. Quilo is extremelly fast and makes a living by collecting spikes that winter wolves shoot at them and selling them. Quilo met Kayda one day when she had one of her outbursts as a dragon. Quilo thought that having dragon friend would be very useful in his business and she would appreciate some company so they became friends.
