Appearance

- The most preened and cleaned up. Hair deliberately trussed a specific way (it's the way most of the ladies and gentlemen seem to get distracted by), clothes impeccably fitted... And expensive-looking, too!
- His face is soft and youthful.
- He has a hard time looking anything but deliberate and clean. Even when he needs to be discreet...
- His eyes are a very pure amber/brown, and his hair is very light brown. He's used to people mistaking his hair for dirty blonde.
- Has nice posture so he stands tall, but is still a shorty compared to most men.

Personality

- Can be considered a bit of a hepcat-- too cool for most of his peers to really 'get' him.
- Quiet, always listening, but when he does speak, he tries to keep it brief and as charming as he can muster.
- Somewhere between stoic and sly. His smiles never seem sincere, though he does smile a lot.
- Gentle and deliberate in the right company.
   That's not to say he's ever rough, just that if he is unsure about someone, he'll keep his distance.
- It could be said that even when he commits crimes, his intentions are still good. (This is how he sees it, anyway)
- Extremely evasive, and often uses his looks and charm to worm around any sort of suspicion.
- Maybe just a little vain.  

BIO

Lew is an American pretty boy and he knows it.

He is suspiciously quiet on any matters of serious importance, and he especially dodges questions about his ties with the seedy underworld of crime... Which is weird, because the amount of rumors surrounding him and being a liaison between the Italian and Jewish mobs seems too damn prevalent.
... You think if he were really innocent, he'd want to clear that up!

Has way too much money for a waiter's salary. suspicious indeed, considering he manages to show up to a lot of parties and spend a bit, too.

Trivia

• Call him Lew Ayres (actor pictured in gif )-- never mind if it's a compliment or an insult. He'll show a genuine emotion: irritation!
• Runs cold; will often be seen crossing his arms in a futile attempt to keep warm. Is the first one to put his hat and coat on, and the last to begrudgingly take them off.
     This is also why it's a chore to get him in and out. Once he's comfortable and toasty, he gets just the slightest bit hesitant to do as he's told.
• Always seems to catch Oaks at horrible times. The guy is now considered a bad omen and gives Oaks a twinge of uneasiness to be around, even though he's always trying to cheer the fellow up.
• Thinks he's going to hell despite trying to be an atheist. This is a super private thought that he'll never admit to anyone, but due to his lifestyle he often thinks it.
• His middle name is Norman.
• I had the character- from story to vague appearance- already in mind, but teacozy1 brought him to life with her custom design! She was very gracious and was fine with working around the concept of him being similar to Lew Ayres in looks... Thus the need to bring that lovely actor up often in his page.
