Rose

Rose is a character based on the Pokemon Chandelure and Lampent. Originally, her design was going to be based on just Chandelure alone, but a mix of design elements from both worked really well.

Rose's name is taken from the middle of the word "kerosene," but her name is just pronounced like the flower. Her legs are lantern burners and her body acts as a glass chimney. Her head and arms are ventilators. The fire that burns inside of her and composes her arms are not actually blue fire and would not cause a burn on contact.
