The following conditions will be applied to all of my designs.

My designs acquired from gifting, resell of trad also included.
please acknowledge and follow the terms if you have bought or going to buy my designs.

AUCTION, CLAIMING and PAYMENTS

• Please be responsible and considerate during the auction and claiming. No back out, edit or hide your bid comments. Therefore, think twice. (Because it hurts me too.)
• The auction or claiming period will end on the time I stated on the adoptable, even though I am not there to announce the end time. Any comments or bid after the end time will not count.
  
• Please wait for my confirmation that you have ownership of the character.
• If I confirmed, please pay in 24 hrs. If the price is higher than 100 USD, then it can be extended to 48 hrs.
  
• If the payments are not received in time, the ownership will be given to the previous highest buyer. 
• In case of an AB reward, it will take me roughly 1-3 weeks to make.
  
• You still have to pay the full payment before you get the ownership, therefore, I will not start working on a reward if I have not received a full payment.
• Paypal USD only. 
  
• Or unless you have access to Thailand's banking services.
•  No refunds

OWNERSHIP

• You got full ownership of the character.
• Commercial uses for the design and my original artworks of the design is NOT permitted. Unless I say so. If you wish to use it for commercial uses please contact me first.
  
•  I still have the rights to the original artworks of the character as the designer. Do not claim it as yours. 
• But if you wish to keep it exclusively for you meaning not showing anyone else the full or can only be shown as a crop version, please feels free to take me. 
• But if the artworks have already been posted, I will not take it down. eg, the artworks used for the auction, even though you've won the auction, I can't take it down.

• IF I don't inform the gender in the adopts information. It is for you to decide *smirk *

EDITING

• Feel free to create an alternative version of the purchased adopts as you wish, this covers ages changing, clothing as well.  
• Changing the skin colors is prohibited! eg. from purple to white is prohibited. But form bluish-purple to pinkish-purple is okay! 
• Feel free to change the minor details to your liking eg, hair, eyes, colors. But not to the extent that the design is unrecognizable.
• As for my closed species, anything related to the identity of my species can't be edited, reduced, or adding without my permission.
  eg, changing the sizes of the wings, take out the tail, changing the colors of the wings, add an extra horn.
  • Creating a Human AU or non-cs version of my closed species is absolutely welcome! But please do not mix or turn them into another closed species,
    UNLESS  you got permission from other parties as well. (please notify me as well)
• The lore of my CS are just a guide of mu universe, you do not have to follow if you did not want to, or have another story for them. 

OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

• please notify me of the new owner of an adopts that belongs in my closed species. So that I can keep track of them.

• Gift and trade are fine, but once the adopt is gifted or traded. It will lose the market value and cannot be resold. (Gift and trade are still fine)
  
  
• Reselling is fine, as long as the price are lower or equal to the price you paid.
  (In terms on money only eg, you bought this adopt at 10usd and trade it for 9usd+1 commission slot etc.)
• An adopts received as a gift or a free raffle or trade from me, cannot be resold or trade with money included.
  eg, trading the free adopts for another adopts, or a commission slot is fine.

CREDIT

• Please give a credit to: Kornderia on DA. on other platforms you can just simply type it : )
• ALWAYS, give credit when using my original artworks of the adopts. No need to give credit if you redraw it in your own style.
