 Diamond is one of the biggest Moneybags around, and likes to use her  size and strength to bully other cogs (regardless of hierarchy) into  working for her. She's amassed a huge fortune and despite her looks,  she's very intelligent and a fantastic investor, but will never truly be  satisfied by her wealth. So she'll continue the cycle of bullying  others, amassing a collection of lackeys, extorting/blackmailing, and  making money until it inevitably blows up in her face.
