By buying or owning my designs, you automatically agree to my TOS.

- Any art made by me are property of me, I will never claim the character(s) in the artwork as my own.

- Commercial use is allowed AFTER a discussion with me.

- You can't sell a design by me for more then what you pain unless extra artwork is added to the character. (If the character is obtained via art or character trade, you can only trade the character unless there's been added extra art.)

- If you want edit my art, no matter what it is, PLEASE ask me first!

- Trade values from another character/design does not add up to a character’s worth (for example: trading a $100 character for a $20 does not make the $20 character‘s worth into $100)

- Do not trade my designs to anyone on the Blacklist

- Transfer Of Ownership Agreement, if you are transferring ownership of the design, it means that both you and the new owner understand and agree to my terms of service.

- Violation Rights, In cases of chargebacks, I reserve the right to take back full ownership of the design.

I have the rights to block and warn people and redistribute ownership of a design if they are breaking the TOS.
