Socks is very impulsive, fast and wild. She would rather listen to her instincts than to anyone else and will attack if she finds someone to be suspicous or threatening. She usually doesn't mean harm either, but does everything she does to either protect her loaf (her pack) or feed herself. She's even really friendly with the farm animals.

She is sharp, highly intelligent, but is very bad at social skills. Wide open, glaring eyes and her wild nature often make people think she's untamed and dangerous, when it's not really the case. She's just a bit harsh sometimes, even though she does not mean to be.

She likes being groomed, being a quite fluffy one, but she hates when sessions go to long, due to her patience being very low. She would rather be in action at all times, hopping, running, hunting or playing.

Socks got her name from both her markings and the fact that she wears socks, to prevent her from accidently stabbing someone with her clawed feet.

Socks comes from the vast prairies, as the Kukuri handlers from far and wide came to catch her kind for breeding purposes. Prairie Kukuris were a dying breed of the animal and captivity seemed to only way to make sure they would survive. Due to the little experience of many handlers had with this sort of situation, many Kukuris got seperated from their families. Just like Socks. She had freshly hatched only a few days before her mother was caught, luckily her nest was found by another handler who took her and her sibling in.

Days after, Sergine was the one she was handed to, as nobody wanted to take in the snappy, wild child. There, Socks quickly accepted Snowflake and Sancha as her new parents and became slightly tamer and slowly, friendlier too.

She is still effected by her experiences as a pup, but these just make her want to protect those she loves even more and she grew from it.

Shoe is her adopted sibling, that reminds her of the sibling she once had and she loves him a lot. She is willing to do anything to protect him.

Sergine loves the fierceness of Socks, but hates that she tends not to listen. Still, the results show that Socks is very good at hunting and Socks does think highly of Sergine... she just aims to be better than the Sergal.

Name: Sancha                             Relation: Dad

Socks thinks Sancha is a wonderful dad and feels that when he is near, nothing can hurt her. Even when she outgrows her dad in size. He taught her how to hunt and gather plants and is a great partner in the hunt.

Name: Snowflake                                  Relation: Mom

Snowflake, despite being a guy, is still the most caring mother that Socks could ever wish for. Even in times where she doesn't understand her feelings or needs help expressing them, Snowflake is always there for her and teaches her valuable life lessons.

Name: Shoe                                      Relation: Brother

Shoe is Socks little adoptive brother and she is extremely overprotective of him, due to his intense fear towards everything. She doesn't understand why he is so frightened, but takes it very seriously.
