Jinsoku

Bio

Jinsoku is an oni, and the disciple of the Crater Kingdom. She's one of the few onis born with a combination of 4 arms and the ability to use Demon Flame -- a stronger form of fire Trabea unique to onis. This luck essentially guaranteed that she would become a disciple when she grew up, and become one she did. Rather than simply throw blasts of fire, Jinsoku prefers to project jets of Demon Flame from her limbs, giving her punches greater speed and power, or allowing her to fly high into the air before crashing into the ground while keeping hold of an unfortunate opponent. Her self-taught fighting "style" consisting of techniques that she thinks look cool proved surprisingly effective while also being flashy enough to excite crowds -- the latter being her primary goal. She's the second disciple that Kago and Paula meet, being "recommended" to them by Narith. (In reality, Narith hoped she would be strong enough to completely and utterly defeat Kago.)

Personality

Above all else, Jinsoku is a woman of the people. Her flashy fighting style was designed as much for herself as it was for the crowds. She hopes that win or lose, the people have a fun time watching her fights. With the way she hypes up both her and her opponents, one might even mistake her for a commentator. Complimenting her flashy style is an upbeat and boisterous personality that brings an overwhelmingly positive energy wherever she goes. Even when she's taunting an opponent, it's purely to work up the crowd. Her personality has won her many fans, and she makes sure to do whatever she can to make those around her smile. It's her mission to make the world a happier place, one hearty "Hell yeah!" at a time.

Powers

Demon Flame: Along with her four arms, Jinsoku was born with the inherent ability to use a type of fire Trabea that is much stronger than normal. The onis have settled on calling it Demon Flame. Taking the form of blue fire, it not only burns hotter and brighter than normal, but costs almost no stamina and far less concentration. She primarily uses this to enhance her physical attacks, propelling parts of her body to make them move much faster and hit much harder. She is also capable of using it to fire off absolutely massive blasts, though she’d much rather do them in ways that she thinks look cool such as a follow-up to a physical attack rather than just to hit a target from afar.

Caldera Buster: Jinsoku grabs an opponent, jumps into the air, then spins down with them, planting them headfirst into the ground with an eruption of Demon Flame for good measure.

Lahar Lariat: Using Demon Flame to propel her arms forward, Jinsoku delivers a quick and devastating two-armed lariat.

Falling Ash: After grabbing an opponent in the air, Jinsoku takes them both crashing down to the ground while driving flame-propelled elbows into them.

Rushing Tephra: Jinsoku delivers a quick rush of hundreds of flame-propelled punches finished with a two-fisted uppercut. Sometimes followed with a blast of Demon Flame as the opponent falls. Always followed with a little flourish for the fans.

Final Eruption: Jinsoku pins the opponent to the ground before releasing a huge blast of Demon Flame directly on top of them, creating a giant explosion as pillars of blue fire erupt from the ground.
