Carnival

No one is quite sure where Carnival came from, much less know if their real name is actually Carnival, but most know who they are to some extent (their wild colors definitely leave an impression). Carnival is a merchant who travels by cart, selling more than just intricate trinkets. Somehow, someway, they know just about anything secretive around the Isle. They know of a dragon's missdeeds, personal taboos, or what they ate for breakfast, and sell that information to others; of course, unless enough coin convinces them otherwise. With the protection of quite a few of the most feared Rotwings, not many dragons would risk harming the sly informant. It makes for a marvelous business
