Which alternate universe this War hails from is yet unknown, but it is not the universe that Gold plays in, as this War killed their creator, expanded their army and took over the world with nobody to stop them.
Meeting another Speedy gives this War the opportunity to see if they could actually win against their creator in a fair fight, even if it's not their own. After all, his previous, successful attempt was a sneak attack. Now, years and upgrades later, this War is ready for a proper showdown with a version of Speedy. One who is unprepared for what they are currently able to do.
