Erasmus, hated and loved by many, is a charismatic character. A person of great intrigue, someone many may even look up to despite an egotistical exterior. On the outside Erasmus may come off a tad brash, willing to do whatever it takes to imprint his name in the sands of time. He is, and always will be, a storyteller. Only adding to his seemingly natural ability to embellish that which spills from his mouth at any given moment. If he had to stretch the truth to ensure his sticking in someone’s mind. He would.

Background
Only adding to his charisma, Erasmus is incredibly sociable. Forming him into a talented actor when it comes to his social interactions. He knows just what those he is speaking to would like to hear in a variety of situations. Numerous masks hang on Erasmus’ person. Switching personas at the flip of a coin has always seemed unusually easy to him, causing distrust among some. This always seemed to give him some form of anxiety though he never let it hinder a good performance.
While those who enjoy the stories he tells, do not so much enjoy his company, Erasmus is a somewhat respectable person on account of his wealthy upbringing. He grew up in the comforts of a lavish lifestyle, rarely knowing the hardships of a day’s work after a fortunate investment of funds. Appearance became a personal obsession to Erasmus. The taste of good fortune in his youth only drove his desire to climb the social hierarchy.
A fear of humiliation also pushes Erasmus’ character. Wanting for nothing more than to be seen as an impressionable man, able to evoke a reaction out of whomever he pleases. Liking most, the idea of having control over anyone and everyone. Erasmus is one to play with a person’s temper while rarely exhibiting any form of rage himself unless provoked to his breaking point.
Upon this breaking point Erasmus, like many, has a far darker side. Tainted by the strains of pressure from those around him Erasmus has grown a strong distaste for some. Manifesting itself into a form of murderous desire. A want to end his own suffering by inflicting it on those who have wronged him. Whether he will act on this desire is a question awaiting an answer. He has always been perceived to have more control over other people than his own actions.
