About
Seymour, on a general level, is a very fun and rowdy person. They love getting down and dirty, and they love when things get wild. There doesn't seem to be a day in which their clothes don't have some kind of dirt or grass stain on them, and sometimes they're even spotted stitching themselves back up at the seams where they may have gotten torn from some kind of trouble they got into. They always seem to be ready to fight or tussle, but that being said, they're very protective of other people and will absolutely fight to protect someone who might be in danger. They also have a tendency to offer people, especially those they care about, numerous vegetables for nutritional purposes, which can be a bit odd, but a kind gesture nonetheless.
Back at home in Pleasant Acres, they would help around at the Bumpkin Family Farm, sowing seeds, picking the new-grown produce, scaring crows, you know the gist. Since they live on-campus at the Agatha Academy now, they feel a little homesick from time to time, but they like to video call their parents and little sister when they have the time; they still help their family by giving them some of the tips they learn during their Agriculture and Creacher Care classes! They do hope to go home again soon for a vacation, but for now, they're just happy to hear their little sister's laugh, their mama's loving nagging, and their papa's rambles about sports through the screen.

Background
Seymour's creation is actually quite an amusing story! Archie and Sangemina Bumpkin, owners of the Bumpkin Family Farm, had given their daughter Julia Bumpkin the supplies to make them, since the farm desperately needed a scarecrow. They helped their daughter with the more tough parts, such as the stitching and stuffing, but Seymour's design was all Julia's idea. When they were all finished, Sangemina and Archie insisted that it was time for them to be put out in the fields, but Julia was too attatched. She insisted on keeping them inside, and in her room nonetheless. Though hesitant, the Bumpkins indulged her, letting her keep the scarecrow and name it. And after hearing her keep yapping on about how they wished Seymour was alive, they indulged her again as an early christmas present and went through the hassle of getting them enchanted. Though it took a bit for Seymour to get used to being alive in the new world, they soon became a valued member of the Bumpkin family, and quite a skilled farmhand!
Soon enough, after hearing word around about it so much, Seymour decided that they wanted to go attend the Agatha Academy. Their family was wary of how they would adjust to city life, as well as the distance from the farm, but Seymour insisted that they would be fine, and that they'd learn a bunch about farming and creacher/animal care so that they could help the farm even more. It's certainly a new chapter for them, but it's a chapter that they're willing to face head-on!
Significant Skill: Bunnyhop
One of Seymour's best assets is their surprisingly powerful legs! You'd think they'd be a bit flimsy, being a scarecrow and all, but they're actually quite tough, and their legs are certainly a show of that strength. If they will themselves to, Seymour can jump very high and very long, as if there's springs on their feet. However, this ability can be a bit disadvantageous if they end up getting scooped away by the wind or end up landing in a tree.
In additon to the hops, Seymour also has quite a beefy kick as well. Those who've tussled with them know that their legs are no joke, and to watch out if they see 'em dragging their foot across the ground like a bull!
