After a trip through the mountains of Ebony Wreath, you might fall upon the most beautiful water displays, both natural and pouf-made. Ruled by a mysterious set of vespires, Palova was built by some of their pouflon children's associates. Pouflons only enter Palova to work, while vespires live in strange crystal and glass towers within Mt. Tiramisu's cave systems.
