12 was the first successful experiment. In the groups attempts at creating human life 12 was the first baby to survive incubation. Having to raise this child up from a baby proved to be a challenge, he was needed to be monitered constantly. Especially harder to keep our focus on one of them once the next two incubations were ready to be let out. But the miracle that it was even possible to create a human being was fascinating. This would mean wonders for the medical world, but there needs to be more time. To hope that this child and the other two can remain stable. The child shall remain inside the lab, where he can grow up and be raised properly. Maybe once he's an adult he can be released into the adult world, after it is sure nothing would happen to him.

Over time, 12 started developing a bit of a personality of his own. He is a bit of a jokester at times. sometimes making dark jokes to lighten the mood, in an attempt to try and make his friends smile. He seems to be the best at facing difficult situations, keeping a smile on his face the most often in the face of rough times. He often feels like he has to be the one who is the strongest among his group, for the sake of the other two who don't handle the situation well. But when he's alone he feels overwhelmed a lot of the time, and can have some breakdowns at his worst. Trying to keep him from being alone is the key to keeping this child happy. Even if he mentions wanting to see outside sometimes, he is very quickly distracted away from that. As it's unknown what the outside world would do to his very underdevolped immune system.

Though it seems that everything has gone wrong. When being taken for a routine checkup, 12 fought back against the scientists and caretakers, for some reason. It was just to give him some medication to help him, as it had been noticed that his DNA was looking unstable at the time. Though when they tried to put some needles into him, through the stress of everything, his bodies DNA began to change, starting to transform him into a much larger, stronger, and almost animal like figure. The caretakers had to sedate him, isolating him from the other two for his and their safety.

Upon observation of this transformation, 12 has developed a lot more physical strength. Able to shatter glass or break objects that he couldn't even make a dent in before. His jaws also seem to have an incredible bite strength now, becoming almost the equivalent of some trained dogs. His personality almost seems to have changed as well. With him being openly more defiant and violent towards to the scientists who just wish to observe him.

He had broken out recently. The other children, 14 and 13, similarly transformed, helped get him out of his temporary confinement. Due to his much larger and more brutish strength, the scientists couldn't control him or get him back to his room. He very quickly took the opportunity to leave with the other two, not looking back at this place.

It's unknown what life is like for them out there. Any attempts to search for the kids has been futile. Though there has been one scientist who seems to have spotted them. Though she refuses to say where they had ended up, mainly just mentioning that they're happier now. She also makes mention that 12 wishes to be referred to by the name "Simon."

13 was one of the other kids 12 met in the lab. The two, along with 14, all decided it was best if they all stuck together. And they all quickly became very close from there. 12 cares about 13 a ton, and is a bit overprotective of her, calling out others when her shy nature won't let her.

14 was the other kid that 12 had met. and like with 13, he decided to stick with them, soon becoming close to them. 12 sometimes gets a little lost around 14, not understanding their signs a lot of the time. But 14 does go out of their way to try and help them understand, and 12 appreciates their efforts and them as a person as well.

While Dr. Khali was the lead scientist in this human life expirement, she always took the most time out of her day to interact with the kids. She always seemed to care about them, like they were her own children almost. 12 did seem to be a bit attached to her himself, even going to her whenever he wanted someone to talk to sometimes.
