Crime is quite prevalent in the outrealms, and corrupt policemen even more prevalent. The Dark World Parliament came up with a novel idea: create a mass-produced line of lawkeeping robot dolls designed by the archmage of mechanica herself. The design was crafted to be an easily-recognized mascot with a metal skeleton, soft fabric covering, and squishy stuffing inside reminiscent of some sort of animatronic. But what would serve as the actual brain of the empty vessel? At the time, machines developed by even the most technologically advanced groups of Lunerre City seemed much too rigid.
The archmage of mechanica, ever the pioneer, bio-engineered a "living thread" formula from the flesh of various creatures. While these threads may have slightly different personalities, their love of justice and upholdence of "peace" is unwavering.
