Working on a crime scene, Det. Lobo is introduced to his new partner, Det. Floro, which is not a good new to him. They both don't connect, they're extreme opposites. But when a serial killer with a shocking modus operandi shows up, they will be forced to work together like engranes to finally find the master mind behind the scenes. Will this strange pair be able to catch him on time before he finishes the full bloody canvas?

Summary
Lobo started as a trainee on the academy under the teachings of Capt. Topo. Quickly, due to his critical thinking and strong personality to endure difficult cases until they were solved, he escalated to an important role as a partner of some experienced detectives even before he graduated. After that, he started to take difficult cases, he wanted to help the desperate people or "avenge" the victims by catching the responsibles. Lobo always had a strong sense of justice, responsability and communal welfare, just eclipsated by his (natural) mean attitude, intolerance to people he considers "weak" and sometimes unappropiate language. All these behaviors were common on the people on the H 8 Town, he was raised to be like that, even if he was a sweet child when he was little. He struggles to be different to his beliefs, that's why he moved to Apollon City.
When Lobo was investigating a crime scene in the victim's house, he encounters Floro, who at the first glance, thought was a helpless witness. His superior, Capt. Topo then introduces him as his new partner (the old one he had, Moloch, left for not being able to deal with Lobo's hard behaviour). They have a hard time dealing with each other, but they are just so opposite, but they found out all their methods were complementary and worked along so well. Lobo started to appreciate Floro and viceversa. His partner was the only thing he had on his most difficult case: The Collector's crimes.
Design
• Lobo always wears his long red gabardine, with a beige or reddish scarf on his neck, but under it he wears a black shirt with a red tie.
• He has a spiky hair, with a middle part hairstyle.
• Always wear gloves, except when he's eating something that needs to be held, like pizza, chips, peanuts or cookies.
• Lobo carries a Smith & Wesson Model 15 as his sidearm throughout the series.
• Has red eyes. In his chibi version he seems to have cat eyes.
• Can be portrayed eating any food, he specially likes a meatloaf. He avoids sweets but likes salty things.
Trivia
• His character design was designed to ressemble a wolf, just like his name "lobo" on spanish. His gabardine is also inspired in the military suits, to fit his strong personality.
• His personality is inspired by many characters, like Gral. Skarr, DET. Mills from Se7en, Elliot Stabler from Law & Order...
• He's from H 8 Town (Hate Town, H Eight Town), a place where all the citizens are known to be mean, hard and extremely aggressive/bellicose. Lobo struggles to change, he hates that city for raising him as a mean person, so he moved out to Apollon City.
• Has a dark sense of humour, but never jokes on his cases, never mocks the victims and is never mean with the people involved on his cases. He's just mean to anyone who can endure his jokes.
• Absolutely hates cruel, violent and hateful people.
• He lives alone in a messy apartment on a violent suburb. He likes to catch small criminals at night.
• He's an only child, his parents are dead, they died in a train reck accident.
• He secretly admires Floro, his calm personality and minucious method to solve things out. He wants to be like him and makes him want to improve (feeling that annoys him).
• Very introvert when he's not at work. But he prefers staying at the office than going to his home, he finds company nice, but just doesn't like talking much to anyone about himself.

Floro"
Floro is the only supportive partner Lobo has ever had. Despite his soft looks, he's very strong, sometimes more than Lobo, who admires his critical thinking, emotional intelligence and calmness. Lobo does not envy him, but considers him a motivations and a role model. But well, he would rather die than admit it in front of him. They spend a lot of time together, it's like if they almost lived together at the office and investigating the case. Later they develop something stronger than friendship.
Captain Topo
Lobo's superior and teacher. Helped him to improve his behaviour and taught him to remain calm at difficult times. Lobo secretly sees him as a father figure. Usually calls him "Cap", "Old man" or "Boss".
