Working on a crime scene, Det. Floro is introduced to his new partner, Det. Lobo, which seems to hate him due to his soft looks. They both don't connect, they're extreme opposites. But when a serial killer with a shocking modus operandi shows up, they will be forced to work together like engranes to finally find the master mind behind the scenes. Will this strange pair be able to catch him on time before he finishes the full bloody canvas?

Likes

  • Study his cases' evidence at late hours on his home.
  • Boiling hot cinnamon tea with milk and sugar.
  • Music, specially jazz and blues, loves Beth Hart. 80's-90's rock and ballads are okay too.
  • Sunny days and the beach.
  • Like his partner Det. Lobo, loves the french fries from the diner near the office.
  • He doesn't admit it, but he loves Lobo's impulsive behaviour sometimes, specially when Lobo beats the hell out of a criminal when he wants to, but never will because it's just something he can't do because he's too calm and stoic. He'd like to become more emotional like his partner, but he's just too cool headed.
  • Capuccinos with lots of sugar on it. Also loves sweets. He makes sure to be healthy tho.
  • Catching up criminals.

Dislikes

  • Violence, even the smalles cruel jokes or dark humour pisses him off.
  • Rainy days where everything is a mess on the streets.
  • Jokes about his looks, or people underestimating him because he looks "weak or softer" in other's opinion".
  • People who thinks they're "smart" enough to fool him with lies.
  • Evil people, anyone who hurts anyone deliberately.
  • Having to deal with impulsive partners. He hates breaking the codes to enter places or dealing with witnesses. That's why he and Lobo argue a lot.
  • Pulling out his gun. He's very afraid of hurting anyone or getting shot.
"If you want peace, prepare for war.".

Summary

Floro started as a trainee on the Lovelace academy for policemen, under the teachings of Capt. Arvo, he began his first steps on the professional detective world by particiáting and setting one of the most important theories on a very famous case (Clipper Case), where he gained recognition and scalated to an important charge on the local apartment of serial investigation at Lovelace at the young age of 23. He worked there for another five years, solving small cases of theft and burglary, until he was required by his superior to be transferred to Apollon City to help the Special Unit on The Collector Case. He wanted to help the desperate people and give the victims some closure and peace by catching the responsibles. Floro always had a strong sense of justice, morality and communal welfare, he's great talking with victims and he's a likeable person. He struggles with loneliness though, his cold head forbids him from taking relationships by being too distant and not seeing why he would like to be in a romantic relationship, he "doesn't have time for that". Citizens on Lovelace Town are known to be very intelligent and tricky, he inherited his cleverness from his parents, but he struggles a lot with being unable to let his emotions flow. He thinks moving to Apollon City will be a burden, but he hopes to be useful and will put all his efforts into cathing whoever is guilty.

When Lobo was investigating a crime scene in the victim's house, he encounters Floro, who at the first glance, thought was a helpless witness. His superior, Capt. Topo then introduces him as his new partner (the old one he had, Moloch, left for not being able to deal with Lobo's hard behaviour). They have a hard time dealing with each other, but they are just so opposite, but they found out all their methods were complementary and worked along so well. Lobo started to appreciate Floro and viceversa. His partner was the only thing he had on his most difficult case: The Collector's crimes.

Design

• Floro always wears his beige turtleneck, with long sleeves, with beige wide pants as well, but under it he wears a white t-shirt.

• He has a silky, white hair, with a middle part hairstyle and always wear two yellow tulips on his head.

• His eyes are pale blue, so in his chibi/cartoony version looks like he almost have no pupils.

• Floro carries a Custom Springfield Armory M1911-A1 as his sidearm throughout the series.

• Sometimes he wears a ponytail or any hairstyle when doing risky activities, like examining evidence or training.

• Can be portrayed eating any food, he specially likes vegetables and angel cake. Adores any kind of sweet, but salty food/snacks like french fries or chips are okay too.

Trivia

• His looks are designed to look like a typical hippie style for his pacific and stoic traits, in contrast to lobo, who looks more military and authoritary.

• He's Lovelace Town, a place where all the citizens are known to be intelligent and tricky. Floro struggles to let his feelings flow, he hates that city for raising him as a coldhearted and closed-off person, so when he moved out to Apollon City, even if he was worried about everything there, he was kind of relieved to get to experience new things with his new partner, Det. Lobo.

• Hates silly and offensive jokes. Prefers clever humour and silly riddles with rythm, the ones that pisses Lobo the most are gold to him and re-uses them in the car trips just to annoy him.

• Absolutely hates cruel, violent and hateful people.

• He lives alone in a classy and minimalistic home. He's the owner, loves this house because he has his own garden.

• He's an only child, his parents live in Lovelace, they pressure himself way too much to have children and get a more important charge at the station. Floro hates that, but adores his parents.

• He secretly admires Lobo, his emotional personality and impulsive methods to solve things out. He wants to be like him and makes him want to improve (this feeling annoys him because it's very hard for him expressing his emotions).

• Very introvert when he's not at work. Hates being surrounded by people he knows and specially by strangers. After a while, the only company that doesn't make him unfomfortable (surprisingly) is his partner, Det. Lobo.

Lobo"

Lobo is the first foreigner partner Floro has ever had. Despite hating his impulsiveness at the very beginning, when he gets to know him better, starts to admire his ability to speak with other people, imposing himselfto the criminals and emotional responses. Floro does not envy him, but considers him a motivation and a role model to start showing his own feelings to others. But well, he would rather die than admit it in front of him. They spend a lot of time together, it's like if they almost lived together at the office and investigating the case. Later they develop something stronger than friendship.

Captain Arvo

Floro's superior and teacher in his youth. Involved him on the Clipper's case to improve his method and taught him to collect evidence the proper way as well to talk with witnesses. Floro considers him one of his family. Usually calls him "Chief", "Ar-boss" or just "Captain".
