Devenith, a follower of Yoru the Dragon God of Darkness, is an extremerly powerful dragon sorcerer, plotting to destroy the civilizations of and enslave all he deems "lesser races", such as humans, in a mad quest to restore the dragon race to their former glory, worshipped as god-like beings.
