Leroy

Came up with this guy while coming up with a concept for Lloyd. This guy and Lloyd are... "related". lol; they may as well be considered twins

This is Leroy. He is also an android made for the purpose for stopping crimes and detective work like Lloyd. However a certain person from an influential political party happened to want an extra security defense and something/someone to look for someone for him. This person caught wind of these two androids that are made and decided to take one for himself, and since the maker of these 'droids didn't want to anger the man, he let the man take Leroy. He ended up working for this influential man. In some ways he was a security bot but he was also assigned to look for the whereabouts of the man's daughter who had disappeared. 

As Leroy spent time in such as setting he absorbed all of the information around him, and he soon knew about all the crazy schemes and tactics politicians use to sway the crowd. In a way Leroy learns from this corruption and uses it to his advantage when he could. He's become a very cunning character in his own way and is able to manipulate others into going with his plans and ideas. He does give suggestions to the politician he works with to further their influences in the city. He can also detect unloyal people or groups and devise ways to either take them out in various ways of convert said person or group into his side. 

Due to his original nature being a crime droid, he is also equipped with weapons within his self, and his clothes are specially designed to alter and help form whatever weapon is desired. Mainly it's the striped transparent shirt under the vest that can be manipulated since that one is made of a special material. The vest usually stays intact but works like a bulletproof vest. Both the clothes and his 'skin' at the torso protects a core concealed within, which gives him life. If the core was exposed somehow, it would damage him a lot more than if other parts of his body were damaged. It has to be protected at all times and at all costs; it has to have repairs done as soon as possible.
