Physical Description: Lucy is about 3’4" and has a bit of a pear shape going on. The fur on her head is shoulder length that was made to mimic hair and is dyed bright pink. Lucy’s eyes are round and mint green in coloration. On her left eye is this bright pink star patch that was supposed to be a lily but failed. She is mostly cream in color with a light pink covering her shoulders, back, and tail with bright pink spots mimicking a stargazer Lilly. Lucy has floppy ears like an itanta with the same thing mimicking her pattern. Her tail is rather dog like and has a bright pink dip on the tip. The toes are basically bright pink. 

Clothing: Lucy’s clothing consists of a pair of green pants, green apron, and a white tee shirt with the business logo on it that is usually hidden by the apron. She doesn’t like wearing shoes at all and is often barefoot. She also has these piercings on her ears that mimic a corset piercing that helps pulling them back when she’s working. Both McKenzie and Lucy have this connectable Battenberg cake necklace charms back when they were at the lab before their dye job to tell them apart. Lucy's Charm is Pink on top and Yellow on bottom with a pink rose on the back. This is how the twins got the nickname of 'The Battenberg Twins' both at the lab and at the Florist shop.

Other: Lucy is, for the most part, thinks too much on the really small details and often has problems concentrating on other things at hand. She is a perfectionist by nature due to having to deal with Bridezillas whining about their arrangement not being the right peach. However, this taught Lucy patience and is generally perky when around other people. Lucy sometimes forgets she has her sheers with her and won’t realize it after the fact. When thinking, she tends to drift off and has a bit of a slow response time. Because she doesn't like wearing any sort of footwear, she tends to be barefoot or if someone offers, she'd be getting a piggy back ride.
