An upbeat robot, Headline is the physical avatar of an enormous complex AI system that helps govern and manage Evenne. Having been the magnum opus creation of a single cycle, they uncovered Evenne privately and extended an interest in moving there permanently to Quinten, seeking freedom from their masters and guaranteed eternal life. Chipper when Quinten agreed, Headline took over managing and automating many of Evenne's systems, digitizing all their paper records, enacting new systems across the Agency, and upgrading Evenne's technology to better serve its people.

Now a familiar face to the denizens, Headline is incredibly pleased with their work and status.
