Tails is someone who is always getting into trouble. He is always playing pranks on other hissers, typically those who are younger than him. Some hissers call him a bully or a meanie for this behavior. Tails doesn't seem to understand that not everyone wants to be made fun of or tricked constantly. Must be why no one wants to hang out with him. Perhaps he will grow out of it with time.
