bastarddddd bastard bastard bastard…. evil as hell (in a good way?????) kind of a solo mf.. like riley, he is planning to take down government, but from the outside…. violence violence violence! but yeah. lots of the violence he does is just because it’s fucked up, not because of his goal. previously wronged by the government in his younger years.
while chaotic, much more toned down in volume than. say. damien. gives off more silent chaotic energy with bigger intentions??
in terms of occupation, it is an boxer/fighter for illegal fighting rings. can often find him practicing his fighting… always wins.

relationships:

> due to having the same (sort of) goal, riley n it often bump into each other. . luke is rlly fucking smug and acts almighty to riley… riley lowkey hates its guts but also admires him?????? idk they’re having . a moment. sometimes they help each other . sometimes they fuckinf sabotage each other. tension between them kinda crazy
> on the same note, luke and damien have a lot in common!!!! damien doesn’t care too much abt the whole ‘take down the gov’ thing (maybe just a little bit bc of vin) but he helps anyways! both of them together is simply too powerful… kinda little brother big brother sort of dynamic… i like them :)
basically luke found dami getting beat up by a bunch of people (post vincent faking his death) and steps in, thinking this would be a one time thing… damien comes to watch luke practice boxing and eventually luke teaches damien how to fight!!
