Design Notes:

• She's a Whiffling (tiny little scent-themed imps) with cat-like features, not just an anthro cat! That means she's very small (not cat- or human-sized) and has a rabbit-like slit nose instead of a cat nose.
• "Pirate" outfit is her default attire, but wears the casual beach outfit plenty as well 
  • Just pls don't draw her naked, basically
• Chubby!
• Long fur that becomes curly/swirly on the tail
• Thick, curly hair
• Light-colored "air current" markings move and flow like wind, so they don't need to be exact
• Tail and "skirt" are glittery!
