Ehhh if you have to preface what you say with 'not to anger you but', then you kinda already know it's a rude thing to say, no? You're welcome to your opinion though, mine is that mimikyu's appearance is a mystery anyways and, if it had an amorphous body like this eggy boy, it only makes sense that it would make itself look like a pikachu :3 Again that's just my take on it though, if you disagree that's totally fine, no hard feelings!
