Youri is an intelligent alien researcher plagued with internal struggles.
At her core, Youri is a very anxious control freak that doesn't do well under pressure. She does everything in her power to avoid working with others and rarely interacts with her unpredictable comrades. Constantly being surrounded by things that make her anxious, Youri is easy to anger, but she knows all too well how to keep her feelings under wraps. She is simultaneously EXTREMELY awkward and struggles with expressing even positive emotions around people she's not close to, making her come off as cold and stilted when she does manage to speak to others. Youri is constantly flip-flopping between enjoying her solitude and desperately wishing to be 'normal'.
Youri finds solace in Anastasia, her only friend and someone she is "secretly" in love with.
