I usually just draw myself as a human! Sometimes with the alternate fish fins, horns, and tail. I also sometimes draw myself as just a human angel wings, but that wasn't a big enough change to catalogue in the ref sheets (it is, however, appreciated if you do draw me with them/ draw me at all in general!)

Known as "The Author". He's trying to help Max navigate the amalgam of stories clustered together that he's trapped in, while dealing with Fenrir and keeping Dee satiated.
Glitched out of a universe just as it was forming, Riz fell into the doodlesphere where he was consequently noticed by Ink. Instead of opting to return back to his home universe, Riz took a liking to the doodlesphere and stuck around, introducing himself to the others and acquainting himself with the multiverse. However, unknowingly, a parasite had attached itself to Riz as he glitched through the barrier. This parasite, Fenrir, was malevolent code that, at best, annoys Riz. Eventually he ends up helping Riz, becoming an amplifier for his powers once they reach a truce. Ink generally isn't that understanding of the situation or Riz's actions, which causes him to push him a little, making him somewhat uncomfortable.
Ink allows Riz to help around the multiverse, where eventually he and Ink run into Nightmare. Feeling the immense emotional turmoil from Riz, Nightmare offers Riz a spot on his team, acknowledging the anger inside of him and giving him a chance to finally express emotions he wasn't allowing himself to feel. He takes the offer, and becomes a part of the MTT. After a good while of rampaging and following Nightmare's orders and generally being a little hater, he meets Fresh when he visits Nightmare's castle. Fresh notes that Riz has a parasite as well before leaving.
Fresh and Ink meet again soon, their second meeting happening during one of Riz's solo missions. Fresh pulls Fenrir out, swapping parasites with him for a little while and teaching Riz to stand up for himself. After causing some havoc, he switches back, leaving Riz with a new perspective on his situation. Now unsure of Nightmare and his motives, Riz rejects him, going back to Ink after some helpful prompting from Dream. Also was captured by Error at some point but I didn't know where to put that. Theres more but like look at how long this is
Ultrakill- Rizet is an angel that left heaven on a whim upon hearing about the destruction of humanity and the rampage currently happening in hell. While tracking V1, he found V2's corpse and hooked them up to a terminal. He is currently digging around for information and listening to V2's recount of what happened.
Homestuck- Rizzat Lauder, full title The Designer, is under )(IC's employ as her personal wardrobe concierge.
RVB- Agent Frost is a failed freelancer project, salvaged by The Benefactor. He is used as a replacement Simmons for a bit before being integrated into the gang, kind of.
This is for a story I made when I was little. While I've thought about it, I can't take myself out of the story as it's very dear to me and i'm incredibly intwined in its plot. These guys mean a lot to me and are not the usual "self insert" type relationship story.
OUT OF STORY: I like to think we're friends! He does his own thing.
IN STORY: The Author is trying to help Max the best he can. He doesn't really know how he'll really be able to aid him, but it's very important to him that Max gets a happy ending. They're in this together now anyways, so there'd be no going back even if he wanted to.
OUT OF STORY: we are like motherfucking tom and jerry. I take him along during my self insert adventures because he loves to torment me and I fucking hate him. Any in-story self insert mentions to a "parasite" is him.
IN STORY: The Author usually takes the offensive against Fenrir, having to constantly talk back against his nonsensical arguments. While not as affected as he used to be, The Author still finds him, at the very least, annoying. Every once in a while, Fenrir can still manage to get under The Author's skin. He'd prefer it if Fenrir just left him alone, but he knows that's not a real possibility.
IN STORY: The Author doesn't entirely know what to do with Dee. As the only other person aside from Max that can see him, she's a variable that The Author needs to look out for. He has conflicting feelings about what she's doing/trying to do. While he understands Dee's view point, he's starting to realize that it's probably not the best for the people around her or, namely, herself.
This is a self insert for the youtube series Underverse, and UTMV as a whole. This is the self insert I have the most content and story for. most events and characterization take place before Underverse. Once I am done writing backstory, i'll figure out where I fit into Underverse proper :]
Ink- Riz is very wary of Ink, unsure of his motives and not knowing how to deal with him. Ink doesn't get why Riz is so reserved, which leads to him accidentally pushing Riz past the point where he's comfortable. Post redemption, Riz still doesn't entirely trust Ink but is willing to be friends with him again.
Dream- Riz has a sort of complicated relationship with Dream, as they're incredibly similar and that Riz is later used by Nightmare as a proxy for a "better version" of his brother. Dream helps Riz to calm down a bit during his corruption arc. Post redemption is a little awkwards for both of them, but they remain as friends. They both want to help Nightmare, but wether he WANTS their help or not is entirely up to him - and as of current, he doesn't want any.
Cross- While they don't know each other that well yet / aren't as close as the others, Riz and Cross bond over similar shared experiences, Riz helping him get through his past as he understands a little of what it's like.
Nightmare- Nightmare sees Riz as another version of his brother, and Riz originally sees Nightmare as a mentor figure and friend. After his redemption arc, Nightmare feels that he's been abandoned again. Riz tries to reach out and help him, only to be promptly ignored.
Horror- Riz and Horror don't talk much, but they respect each other. They're both sort of silent, comfortable in a room together without talking for a while. Parallel play. Their relationship basically stays the same.
Dust- Riz and Dust butt heads a lot, mainly due to how angry and short-fused they both are. Their relationship mellows out a bit post redemption, but they still argue.
Killer- Riz and Killer are the closest out of the MTT. During game nights (post redemption or not,) they usually enjoy playing together the most. They're good friends, and enjoy hanging out. Killer voice Can I get a copy of animal crossing/ Riz voice can I get a copy of ultrakill Type dynamic.
Error- Riz and Error are friends, initially meeting during the tail end of his corruption arc. While Error doesn't take Riz's advice, he appreciates that someone's as angry and as scared of everything as him, so they get along and are sort of close.
Fresh- As the person who helped Riz learn to stand up to people and speak his mind (and one of the people to snap him out of his corruption arc), Riz looks up to fresh as quite a lot. They usually get along, and are good friends.
Fell- Fell is a part of a little group trying out their own sort of brigade to help the multiverse, one that isn't as forceful as Ink's. They remain sort of a neutral party, and Riz likes that idea quite a lot (especially since he's still iffy on ink), helping them out when he can. Fell doesn't mind Riz, and his little group needs the extra help anyways.

Frost helps Doc find his voice in ways that are less destructive, as well as providing him with a friend that won't leave him for dead or forget him at the drop of a hat. Frost is usually the one who's the most in need of medical help anyways, due to his clumsiness. He & Doc get lost in space and time together during season 11-12 too. yay!
