Celica

Celica is a weird, mysterious, somewhat cringeworthy loner type with below average sociality, yet is an extremely knowledgable woman underneath it all. She harbors an incredibly deep interest in meddling with the unknown that humans shouldn't have access to, seeming to stem from the need to prove to her parents that she is worth something despite being a "failure child" with a curse. Despite her quiet nature, she is actually quite amicable, if not a tad tone deaf, and getting along with her is rather easy.

She sees her ability to bring calligraphy to life as a blessing rather than a curse brought upon her, as it was the gateway to making almost direct contact with the Backyard through summoning sessions. The reason she is quiet seems to be because her head is always in the clouds, whether its due to fantasies in her head, masking any spirits occupying her body, or because she is thinking about her very special idol she locked eyes with in that forest...With her love of erotic romantic poetry, Celica is quite the romantic daydreamer. She is also oddly overexpressive when daydreaming. Some of the faces she makes are not created equal. At all.

Though amicable and rather tactful in her work field, when she does talk, she seems to lack a filter and her words can sound rather crude and boorish, half on purpose, and half from the fact that her spirits can be obscene. It makes her secretly feared by the Spiritual Phenomena Observatory and the Illyrian operators who don't seem to understand her genuineness. She is somewhat admired for her plethora of knowledge, but this makes her the butt of taking over other's work, which she despises. She seems to have only become a part of this job to learn more about these otherworldly matters, and tends to get quite upset when she has to actually do her job instead of fiddle around with all the confidential information. If not for the fact that he makes her incredibly nervous, she would've attempted to work with Dr. Paradigm for the rest of her life...oh well. This is okay, too.

She is occasionally regarded to as a really cute girl every now and again by a few, at the risk of them being called desperate. None of it matters though, to her...when she has her idol to see again...

She saw them in the forest a while back when she was finding a place to activate her summoning spells in peace. She became immediately fixated, only to be shooed out immediately because silly Celica, this is X era Testament! She is left to dream of seeing "that bewitching Grim Reaper" again soon, so much to the point where she began to feel like she actually hallucinated them from sleep deprivation, and wasn't a real encounter at all. Luckily for her...she has a friend now, it seems. Her only real friend in her 30 something years of living, actually. Her parents were right, she is kind of a failure child, she sucks at this my god.

She is very aware of S-Ko's existence and can see her. Normally, she likes her. When she's being used a medium, her reaction towards her fluctuates and feels bad about it. She needs to teach her spirit thingies manners.

Ramlethal has no idea how she can just peer into the Backyard, and frankly, neither does Celica.
