Völuspa was once a skilled huntress who thrived amongst her people. Her skill with a bow and arrow was her true calling, and her love for the polar regions ran deep in her being. While the memory of her trauamtic fate is difficult to recall, her mind often echos the gentle words of her mother, who used to sing her the poem she loved as a child; Völuspa. Which she has since chosen as her namesake.

PERSONALITY

Völuspa is a silent and graceful spirit who lingers around the ancient stone henge in the arctic circle. She much prefers the frigid nights and auroras over the daylight. Such a solitary and lonely existence matches the often silent nights of the frozen north, which she is bound to forevermore.

The auroras and the stars that dance with them are the ever present comforts for her moments of unease. Rarely, if ever does Völuspa leave her region or boundary, as her love for the ice and snow can never be challeneged. While solitary, she is a soft spoken and calm presence to other Esk who cross her path. As long as they remain respectful and non destructive. Völuspa can have quite a fierce streak should a situation call for it. Intimidation is a tactic that simply does not work, as Völuspa is strong willed and inviolate in her beliefs.

Transformed by Aevre, Völuspa holds no ill will towards the Esk, and has only had fleeting glimpses of her since her awakening. Occasionally, Völuspa will attempt to follow Aevre at a distance, but the ancient Esk's constant movement is exhausting even for one as active as Völuspa.
