About
Axion is an intelligent yet overconfident hacker. In his early twenties, he was far more arrogant which lead to a major incident with the mafia that left him with multiple fractures in his hands and a dropped tail. After that he became far more humble, realizing that he wasn’t indestructible and had a family that worries about him. He still risks himself but to a much lesser extent in the field.
Axion was an intellectual child that wanted more than his rural life could give him. His interest in electronics and future tech lead him to the retro-futuristic planet Synth. There he honed his skills in building and hacking to become a feared anonymous force on the web. He also met his future husband Marko and his friend and rival Klaus during his first few months on the planet.
Later on, he settled down with Marko in an expensive apartment funded by his dark web antics and Marko’s criminal dealings. Axion developed their child Lexi a few years later to complete their new family.

Axion is very smart and picks up things very quickly. He tends to lean more casually with his sign language but when typing he's very humorous.

Story
Early Life
Axion was born to Axel and Zilch, two desert bandits living on X09. He’s their second child alongside his older sister Solstice, the far more rowdy sibling. He was born mute, communicating in sign language and written word when necessary. From an early age, Axion always assumed he was smarter than anyone he’d meet. His bar was set fairly low because of the planet's criminal inhabitants. Thus, the arrogant teenager wanted a more fulfilling life and career in technology.
Solstice and Axion worked as the town guards until Solstice turned 18 and left to join the military. This drove a wedge between her and the rest of the family, leaving Axion without the one person he could always trust. He wanted to change his life and this sudden disruption pushed him towards independence.
One of Axion’s long-time friends Phoebus took him off-planet to get away from all the stress back home. The young men packed an overnight bag and some money for their trip and headed to the fast travel. They warped off their home on X09 to the technological marvel that was Synth. They specifically landed in Turing Park, a featured part of the industrial city.
Synth
Phoebus took Axion around the planet partying all night long. They got a little reckless, ending up with some bruises, but they made it out alive and Axion was invigorated. Their final stop was by a well-known bar where Phoebus found a familiar face. His old friend Marko was having a drink and taking in the night. He and Axion were formally introduced only to become far closer not so later on.
Axion still lived on X09 for a time, giving them time to ease the pain of Sol’s departure. Now he had new dreams and aspirations to strive for, with his life beginning from that one trip to Synth. Eventually, he packed his bag and moved to the city where he began some underground hacking jobs to finance his stay.
Besides his blooming relationship with Marko, Axion met a newer and less friendly face. Klaus, a hacker known as “Spyderbyte” found Axion while hacking a local bank. Klaus tracked him down and proposed they do some jobs together. Axion, not knowing who this guy was, immediately declined. He already set out his plan and Klaus definitely wasn’t in the mix. This pissed Klaus off, leading to a strange friendship and rivalry between the two hackers.
During a simple job, Axion was captured by a rival mafia that wasn’t happy with Marko. They took Axion, tied him to a chair, and tortured him for hours until Marko, Nigel, Klaus, and Klaus’ boyfriend JB saved his life. Even then, Axion was found with a dropped tail and the bones crushed in his hand, needing countless surgeries to regain any dexterity at all. This left him in a deep depression.
Having lived with Marko for a few months, Axion was well taken care of during his recovery. He provided a loving embrace for his boyfriend who’s life was falling apart at the seams. Axion lost all motivation, feeling helpless with his communication drastically altered along with his typing due to his finger injuries.
Axion went through multiple surgeries to regain workable hands, while still retaining the loss of feeling in places. His limitations made him feel like a failure. After moving to Synth to fulfill all his aspirations, the fact that he could no longer do what he loved as efficiently if at all made him question his life choices.
After months, Marko finally convinced him to go to psychotherapy along with his physical therapy. Axion spent one and a half years working through his issues and slowly recovering from his state. With a little help from his doctors and a lot of help from Marko, Axion realized he could still live his life meaningfully and with the people he loved even if he had to pause his passions for a while.
Lexi
Marko married Axion and the two settled down for a few years. Eventually, they decided to have a child. Since neither of them had the ability to get pregnant, they discussed surrogates and adoption. The only problem was the risk that either process may discover their underground criminal practices. Therefore, Axion sought to build them a child fashioned after his parent Zilch.
Zilch was a biological android built by Agent 4 in the first stages of learning AI technology. Things have improved since then, so Axion used Zilch’s schematics along with newer building techniques to construct Lexi. Lexi the Amphidroid became their loving child built with the body of a 20-year-old young Amphy.
Lexi was given initial programming to their cybernetic brain but from basic living instincts and language, they had to learn everything just like an infant. Since they are a bio-construct with a more efficient learning system than organic beings their learning quickly caught them up to their physical age and then some.
While Lexi lived at home for some time, they still had the ambitions of a young person. Axion’s only regret is that Lexi can't grow and age normally and therefore gave the family only a few years to bond before Lexi’s ambitions lead them outside of the home. Comparable to adopting an older child, Lexi loves their fathers and strive to make them proud.

Axion's sister whom he loves very much. The two see very little of eachother now but they're there for eachother when they need it.
The two met during Axion's first trip to Synth. They shared similar interests and soon began dating. Now they're married living in a large condo in Synth.
Lexi was built by Axion to fufil their desire for a child. Lexi didn't age like normal children but was created at the age they are now and will not age physically. The two have a loving relationship, but Lexi feels their family can be too clingy at times.
Axion's best friend met during a major hacking case. The two formed a rivalry with their hacking.
