Headcannons

  • Narin enjoys either listening to the stories told by the cold arctic winds. He has learned the secrets of the frost. By hearing the whispers of centuries past, he has learned the basics of a few languages, although he does not know what they are called.

  • Narin prides himself on having unscathed ears. He knows that one day, during a rough fight with a rival, they may aim for his ears, and he will have to cope with them being marked for life. Because of this, he keeps his admiration for his appearance a secret. He cant afford for his rivals to know his weaknesses.

  • Narin is afraid of being separated from his mother due to what he calls the “unfrosting” (which is what global warming is). It confuses him to see fresh arctic grass sprout beneath his heels weeks before its supposed to. He feels a sense of foreboding, but is unsure of what to do about it. To cope, he tries to see the bright side of it. Perhaps earlier grass means earlier prey, and he can have more food to hunt earlier.

  • If Narin sees a group of travelers in his domain, he will stalk them. Not to hunt them, but simply to observe. He moves silently by doing parkour, and has never been caught. He simply wants to pick up any intriguing objects they may leave behind. He won’t return it lol, so they should just keep their things. He doesn’t like stealing, but he may be tempted if he sees something shiny and cute. He has stolen a keychain from a traveler’s bookbag before. Struggled with turning it, and settled for keeping it. In his mind, it wasn’t like he stole food or water so they’ll live lol.

  • I will attempt to type him:
    • ESFP: If anyone is to be found spontaneously breaking into song and dance, it’s the ESFPs. ESFPs get caught up in the excitement of the moment and want everyone else to feel the same. ESFPs are generous with their time and energy when encouraging others. With such an irresistible style, few are as charming and appealing as ESFPs. Known for their ability to improvise and focus on the present, ESFPs are amazing at finding exciting new things to explore and experience. ESFPs’ energy, enthusiasm, and down-to-earth attitude are incredibly valuable. Their strengths are that they are bold, original, have aesthetics and showmanship, are practical, observant, and have excellent people skills. Their weaknesses are that they are sensitive, conflict-averse, easily bored, poor long-term planners, and unfocused.

  • Self-Peservation 7w6: The Self-Preservation Seven is an energized networker, gathering a ‘family’ of close supporters and motivated by wanting the best for everyone. They love the good things in life and may risk becoming self-interested and pleasure-seeking. This subtype is generally good at getting what they need to have fun and feel safe, but may also be good at rationalizing and defending whatever they want to do.

  • Tritype 738: Mover-Shakers are ambitious, innovative, and protective. Dynamic goal-setters who are happy and straightforward, they see the big picture and have the will to make it happen. Obstacles are competitive challenges for success. Their mission is to see what's possible and find innovative solutions. They're happiest when empowered to make things happen. They need to feel alive. Likewise, they can be so quick, assertive, and result-oriented that they miss the impact of their actions. To relieve stress, they must stay social. Inactivity causes anxiety.

  • Sanguine (Dominant): Sanguines are outgoing. They like teamwork and change. They're sociable, funny, playful, energetic, entertaining, persuasive, and optimistic. They're outgoing, friendly, and outspoken. They're friendly and create fast bonds. They're polite, tolerant, and reliable.  They often get lost in conversation, making them late for events. They're bored alone. Interest determines their focus. If bored, they can switch gears. They may exaggerate or omit key details when delivering a story. They engage readers while avoiding facts. They enjoy all sports to stay active and social. They're confused and misplaced. They lose emotional control sometimes. Soothing voices. They fear rejection, of making a terrible impression, and of failing

  • Secure Attachment Style: Those with a secure attachment style are typically sensitive and responsive to others’ needs. Most tend to use an affectionate tone of voice. They also communicate comfort visually and physically through comforting body language. They show more positive emotions than negative. They’re usually mid-to-high in independence and high in acceptance.

I seriously like the type of kit this character wears, it both really suits them and looks very cool! I rly love the colourful hair they have too; it kind of reminds me of Starlight Glimmer! ♥

From tpbm, here are some hcs: (Also, love his design!)

•Is afraid of a very specific rain; like, the sudden summer showers or the really heavy downpour types. Normal rain and water in general is fine tho

•like Pallas's cat, he warms up his hands by using his own tail. In his case, he'd hold on it

•when he was small, he would even use it as a diy scarf. Like snow leapords

•while he is extroverted, he is still a cat. And just like most cats—except lions—he is quite solidarity. On his off-days/ breaks, he prefers to be himself just doing 'Narin stuff'

•he likes shaved ice and snow cones!
