Harbor is a bitter and jaded outcast from his family and former home. He was exiled after losing a battle with his brother for the leadership of their pride, and he entirely took it to heart. He views himself as a loner and while he's secretly desperate for attention and affection, he denies himself the ability to make or maintain friendships because he lashes out at others and self isolates in a toxic self-imposed separation from attachment.

He is rough and brutally honest, often insulting or snapping at people who try and get close to him simply because he can't accept his 'weakness' at the hands of his defeat. He feels aimless and listless after being told his entire youth that his place would be at the head of his pride- only to be cast out with no direction. As such, he suffers with deep hopelessness.

While he is desperately loyal to those who can break through his shell- it's a mile thick and accomplishing that requires a great deal of patience and persistance even in the face of his emotional spikes. 

He enjoys causing mischief and freeing 'captive' pokemon from their trainers as some way of trying to find purpose and control. 

Harbor is a strange anomoly from the deep waters off the coast of Galar. He's a loner who loathes pokemon trainers and lashes out at them at any opportunity with powerful water attacks.

He used to live in a pride of fish-like Luxray, others of his kind. His father was the leader of this group, who pushed Harbor and his brother Shamshir to fill his place. The combat that ensued as the two competitive brothers battled to keep their home drove a thick wedge in their relationship and forged a deep rivalry and hatred. After Shamshir won (Thanks primarily to a type advantage), he pushed Harbor from their pride and since then, he'd held deep difficulties trusting others or accepting himself. 

He misses his home, but he can never return.
