An Electric and Water type. He'll live in Alola, he gives off a really "beachy" vibe, and that he got his necklace from a child. The child almost got swept away to the sea during a storm, but because this pokemon is Electric and Water type, it was easy for him to control the thunders and go through water. As a thank you gift, the child gave the pokemon the necklace. The pokemon has no trainer, it wanders around the island.
