“Did you miss me?”

Ceila is a longtime member of the Nochmal faction who Esredes became friends with when both of them were still in training to become soldiers. Though in many ways opposite- Ceila is much more enthusiastic and extroverted in nature- there seemed to be enough in common for them to connect, and so they stuck together and looked out for one another. As a result, she knows more about him than any other character in the group, even if they no longer speak as much as they once did. 

Being part of the faction is somewhat personal for her- her tribe was plagued by occasional territorial clashes with humans, and a couple of them resulted in the loss of a tribe member’s life. It helped her to decide she wanted to use her life to protect knochen from fates such as that, and eventually joined, eventually being responsible for one of the biggest mistakes made in Erden.

Her personality defies what you’d come to expect from a faction of killers- rather than cold and hostile, she’s actually quite warm, sociable, and friendly, even playful at times, with a distinct comforting aura, and usually isn’t faking the demeanor. She’s not someone you’d expect to have a goal of species eradication, and in some ways it makes her all the more dangerous. She seems to believe her actions are genuinely right, trapped in the same toxic ideology as many of the other members of the faction. 

Her elements are air and fire, and she wields a crossbow in human form. Despite her alignment, she’s actually quite fond of her human form and is able to talk to humans quite well.
