The lantern is occupied by a very old and tired ghost-Regina. They know all the best cookie recipes-they had thousands of years to learn them all! They love sharing their knowledge with everyone-so many amazing recipes were forgotten, and they wish for everyone to be able to try their favourite ones!
Regina knows a lot of jokes. They used to be very funny, at the time when Regina wasn't yet stuck in their lantern. Now they are just weird. No one really understands what they are laughing at.
Veronica has a terrible crush on a local princess- Erinna. she tries to win her over by sending her cookies, per Regina's advice. According to them, cookies are the best way to win someone's affections. Due to that, Erinna might receive them in piles.
At some point Erinna accidentally adopts a child (Emlyn) by throwing him potatoes.
About Regina:
They are a ghost of a witch who attempted to charm their friends with the new, exciting party trick they learned-making an inanimate object- a lantern talk. They miscalculated the spell- but indeed they made the lantern talk. Now they are slightly stuck inside the lantern
