Changelings themselves are rare creatures to begin with, even in Kuusou no Sekai, given how even few know of their exact origins and creation. Ciel has lived within the forests for most of his entire life hidden from others, but recently decided to venture out into the world in search of a certain "someone" for unknown reasons.

What that "someone" is remains to be seen, but he knows of a mysterious place deep within the mountain area that he can go to just to see this "someone". But he's not the only one making this journey to the mountains; many other strange demons are also traveling towards its depths, alongside a particularly fiery reporter that caught wind of this event, seeking to get more information by any means necessary. Who or what is it that Ciel seeks out exactly...?
