Vindal is always calm in nature, he has a really good grip on his emotions and can control them pretty easily for the most part. They're sensible and down to earth behaviour makes Vindal look mysterious and although he is strange he isn't at all cold-hearted. He treats everyone he meets with respect and kindness.
They do sometimes break and show extreme emotions when they're stressed, some things really get him riled up that he can't help but get angry about. It's not like Vindal is complete devoid of emotions.
But they truly are a mysterious individual, his occupation as a "time traveller" confuses almost everyone. Vindal travels through different realities and timelines to change the past for the better or to help others from completely different dimensions from him! Because, in reality.. Vindal was originally in a different world aswell but after a freak accident in his world he ended up in the actual human world..
STORY
THE FIRST PART
He used to live in a completely different dimension where he lived with a bunch of his very close friends. He had a partner aswell and together they were scientists who experimented to create and invent items and objects or perhaps even life. Once the two thought to try making a time machine, but in the middle of it. An accident occurred causing Vindal to change timelines completely.
THE SECOND PART
Now in the human world and very lost with no place to go, he quickly fell into a sorta depression. He lost his interest to do anything for awhile until he one day got on his feet again and snapped to action. He needed to get back to his dimension again and thus he started creating his own time machine by himself.
Still building one until it's perfect he keeps trying it, ending up in completely different timelines, although it wasn't his dimension he now had a passion for helping others fix their past mistakes since he sympathised with that exact same feeling.
THE LAST PART
Hearing about a train business going around that helped spirits and demons get around places, it sounded like something especially for him! They boarded the train and visited many different areas that they hadn't seen before. It was a nice escape from being on the constant grind to get back to his friends who he thinks are waiting for him to come back.
