Alan is a man allergic to commitment- to people, places, anything. He rarely stays in one place, always wandering to source new wares for his inventory. Materials, information, the creatures themselves- all are viable to be gathered, caught and sold to the highest bidder. He was taught from birth about fae and their world, but through the lens of profit and business, rather than awe and respect.

He is a bit of a flirt, a heart-breaker and a ball-buster- in general, a very frustrating and irritating person to be around, at his worst. Though not malicious, he is definitely self-serving. Alan is sure to twist any situation to his favor, as long as no one he loves is directly harmed by his actions. Still, he often takes risks without fully thinking the situation through, so things do not always pan out the way he plans.
