Tori is Emet’s younger sister, she was taken not long after her and Emet’s parents were killed, she was kidnapped by the most nefarious group of desert marauders out there. Training was rough and she was unwilling thus causing several accidents which cost her her right arm and both of her legs. After obtaining new bleeding edge prosthetics the marauders we’re able to use a mind control device which turned her into an emotionless killing machine, naturally her power allows her to coat her limbs with a violently vibrating energy that allows her to cut through anything, coupled with her prosthetics she is almost unstoppable.

When she isn’t being controlled she is terrified and very skittish, she only wants to return to her normal life but she can’t even remember what or who they were even her older brother.
