Henrik was the captain of the ship that ferried the first blooms from the Homelands to Khados. During the voyage, he was riddled with survivor's guilt and was stressed beyond belief due to a shortage in food. However, in the years after reaching Khados, he came to be seen as a hero, though he somewhat resents this. Henrik is known for his humility, and prefers to live a quiet life now that he's retired. He's a gentle soul, and is much more relaxed than he once was.
His grandson is the pirate captain, Lafayette.
