peppy is a creature spun from cotton candy at a county fair! they were created when the machine malfunctioned and just... made a little guy (her). she loves candy and is constantly on the lookout for little shiny things to add to her collection. constantly has vials of glitter hidden in their hair for emergencies. and, of course, she has a major sweet tooth!
