Personality
Amiable and relaxed in outward disposition, remaining open to other's company and opinions, if uptight and short-tempered beneath: fully aware that his dawdling does others little good- let alone himself - so when things drag too long or prove more than a hindrance, his frustration's a quick one to show and differentiates little.
He likes change and breaks from the routine, but the instances and trends he enjoys partaking in are frivolous and lacking in any real permanence.
Stubborn in his thinking despite the open air he cultivates; has difficulty beginning for the more worthwhile, but will see things through completely and resolutely to the end once he's started. More quietly competitive than he'd like to admit. Hates losing.

The Norma Project
No one knows when the Norma Project started though many believe it to be created out of necessity by the founders of Unity. In order to not have disputes and possible triggers for war, together they created a law enforcement system which would enforce the laws (they agreed to be necessary) without bias and efficiently.
This lead to the creation of Norma. Two variations exist, one simply called NORMA-l(s), the others known as SKIN(s). Only a certain amount of Norma are allowed to live freely amongst the population and are replaced if deemed irregular.
