Shows himself as an open book to anyone he meets claiming to have nothing to hide and is extremely warm to everyone. His flirty personality usually charms both females and males and Chime enjoys to hang out with both sides to get to know as many people as he can, interacting in playfully sassy ways and joking in a lighthearted manner.
