A poor street performer shanghaied into the army. Undertrained and terrified. He has refused to disclose his name in hopes to mess with the bureaucratic side enough to be discharged, but the situation is too desperate for the superiors to bother with such details, so he officially just gets called the mime, or more commonly less flattering names.

- The hair is a wig - nagas don't have hair; he of course doesn't get to wear it while in the army; most toddler nagas probably believe human hair is just a fancy headdress, which it is to Mime
- Like many street performers in his day, he's a bit of a jack of all trades, and would do whatever will get him a few coins

ABOUT
As a rather gentle person, he disliked battles even before he was forced to take part. Now, having survived his first one, his greatest horror is to see another. He was left with a scarred face, which he detests. He's not outright vain but he's afraid he might look too scary to return to his old beloved profession, even on the off chance he survives his military service.

STORY
His parents were very poor, and he and his siblings had to learn to fend for themselves from a young age. However they taught him a lot about how to please the crowd and get the attention of passers-by. Nowadays they are friendly but distant.
He had the misfortune to survive his first battle, unlike most recruits of this sort, which prolongs his suffering as he puts it. The ongoing war between Naghrilia and Ippira consists of much more troop movement than actual battle, and so he may just continue to stay alive for quite a while.
