An aspiring writer from a wealthy family. On a request from her aunt, she's left her home to travel with Oliver and study his magic. She's intellectual and well-educated, but has had a pretty sheltered life and doesn't understand much about the real world. While Rosalyn tries to maintain the image of an elegant and proper lady, she's very neurotic and always irritated or worried about something. Growing up, she had many high standards put on her and was often compared to her siblings and other students which she now continues to do to herself. She's a perfectionistic and feels like she can't do anything right and very envious of others who seem to go through life much more effortlessly than she can.

She can be bossy and insulting but she's mostly just a weak nerd and struggles to actually assert herself in conflict. Because she doesn't have a very good self-image, she cares a lot about social standing and how others view her and she's terrified of failing even the smallest requests. Rosalyn's uptight and hates breaking any rules, whether legal or the social rules she was raised with, or anyone else breaking them.
