Born with the ability to create plants, Oliver makes a living as a travelling magician performing his powers for anyone who will pay. Despite his choice of work, he doesn't have a very performative or dramatic personality. He's friendly and warm in a gentle, easy going way, and can generally get along with anyone. For the most part he has a calm and light hearted approach to life, bros here to vibe and have a good time. However, this also means when problems and more serious things come up, he's not really able to deal with them, choosing to ignore or run away from issues instead. With his powers, he has the potentional to be extremely dangerous but he's a strict pacifist who's terrified of and hates any kind of violence. He's easily bored and hates feeling trapped, always wanting to see new places, meet new people, and try new things.

Despite his generally open and straightforward demeanor, oliver's very private about his childhood and past. What those close to him do know is his parents died when he was so young that he doesn't remember anything about them, and he was raised instead by a religious group with several ideas on how his powers could be used to improve the world. He never had a formal education, but he was taught some basic things by his guardians by being really annoying and has picked up a lot more in his travels. He left the group in his early teens and never tries to contact them, so it seems it may have been on bad terms though nobody knows the details
