Personality:

Overall, it does seem that Gray generally wants to do the right thing- even though figuring out exactly what the right thing is in some of these situations can get pretty complicated. They’re willing to put themself in harm’s way to protect others if there’s no other option, and seem to care about their allies/friends. Throughout the series they do become more anxious and indecisive, as they lose then regain memories and the situation becomes increasingly complex.

As Impostor (Alien):
Gray as an impostor is erratic and aimless, not really appearing to have much of a goal or direction besides causing bloodshed. This likely has to do with the fact that Gray spent so much time fighting the alien that its takeover was quick and desparate.

As Impostor (Human):
As a human impostor within the loop, Gray is rather hesitant to participate. They are incredibly indecisive on whether or not they are willing to go through with killing someone, as they don’t believe they could but also have been warned of potential consequences for disobedience. As a result of this indecision and fear of reprisal, they come off as fairly suspicious a good portion of the time. Although, they have occasional moments where they are rather competent at it, perhaps leftover instincts from the alien.
