Nick Rich is the CEO of RomCon - a startup conceived by him and Grayson Black in their shared apartment bedroom during their graduate school days. He used to be an item with Grayson for a large part of their grad school days. However, his family objected to their marriage due to Grayson's social standing and family background. After they threatened to cut him off, he was forced to put an end to his relationship with Grayson.

With a starting fund from his family, Nick built up RomCon with Grayson. Now that RomCon is generating income, Nick has pitched a few ideas to Grayson for attracting more clientele and sponsorships. Although Grayson is not completely on board with his ideas, Nick has not given up yet.
